This article contains links to pages (and headings if applicable) in the order of priorities of changes. Primarily it's a tool for Tina and Trish to communicate, but if you have a problem with the prioritization please feel free to comment.

Additional Laptop for HSC ICU's

  • required by April 13.15 for new hire.

HSC Unit label changes for changes to work model ICU HSC & 3 laptops needed option April 13.15

  • MICa, MICb, MICd
  • SICa, SICb, SICd
  • CCUa, CCUb, CCUd
  • IICa, IICb, IICd
    • R_Location would not change only unit/ward
    • TISS form - Collector would know who is a, b or d and be responsible for unit check on form.

Scan and toss for TISS

move scheduled tasks, batch files, push pull scripts before Window 7 installe computer.

  • Trish Date: schedule plan week of March 23-Apr 3.15.
  • Julie to arrange her date. ehealth contact to schedule date is: Edgar Joaquin.
  • Pagasa's computer: Tina has moved batch files, push pull scripts, to scanner computer prior to Window 7 installed on Pagasa's computer so she can continue to operate while her computer is having window 7 installed. Brad has moved the backup.checker task.
    • Tina to coordinate Pagasa's computer upgrade with Edgar she is back end of March.Trish Ostryzniuk 15:52, 2015 March 11 (CDT)
  • t\Trish needs "pull" centralized script moved and then reset up after window 7 install. Also transfer tracker task needs to be put on scanner computer until Trish has her window 7 installed.

      • Template:DiscussionTina back March 26 and she will advise Pagasa when to schedule Edgar to do Windows update for her computer. Tina has already move necessary scripts Pagasa uses over to the scanner computer and she could work do all her work on scanner computer.

CHANGE Julie's VB "Pull" script of centralized and it's associated friends

Date default

NDC _PacemakeInsertInICU- QA check

  • if TISS42 then AcqDX code 76334 should be present.
  • reverse not applicable because Temp pacer could be inserted in fluro after ICU admission, so this not IN THE ICU. Trish Ostryzniuk 18:51, 2015 January 12 (CST)

Re import LABS from Ed

this to be done after going HSC goes to EPR labs Oct 12.14 or so

  • Since end of May to end of August 2014, HSC labs have continued to go into TMSX only. Need to transfer then into centralized. Julie needs to be aware this hasn't been done yet.Trish Ostryzniuk 17:57, 2014 November 13 (CST)

Medicine Suspect Link issues

updated the two medicine linking queries; asked Pagasa to test and let me know Ttenbergen 14:16, 2014 December 5 (CST)

  • reporting error in suspect link query with the introduction of the new ward location HSC-H4H_a,b,d, or h.

Multiple encounter consistency checks

  • Tina to review further with Julie when at this point.

link into centralized Template:Discussion is there such a db, and if so, where is it. if not, could it be part of MB Health Tool.mdb

  • Dec 17.14 - in progress - Julie reviewing ANNE stuff and finding inconsistencies - Date of death as an example. Pagasa to do random check with EPR. Julie to meet with Allan first then connect with Tina.
    • March 4-5.15 - Dan Roberts sent email. Further communications continued in regards to this see emails from Julie: March 4 & 5.15 (Nathan Hoeoppner)

Review Pagasa's backup process

Tina - review backup process - there is the backup to X of PHI and centralized when push and pull script run but also a backup1.bat (3 in one), that puts copy of centralize.mdb on M, copy of TMSX dat and MedTMS dat but does nothing with PHI. Centralized is backed up in two places but PHI only in one.


CFE editing - need integrity checks in place to catch editing errors

Doesn't really need to be on here, it's in the potential change list. That makes me think, though. Trish and Tina ought to go through that category and the "bugs" category to see if any individual articles are actually a higher priority.
