View source for CCMDB.accdb links to CCMDB wiki

Most of the fields in [[CCMDB.accdb]] link to the CCMDB wiki via the [[File:CCMDB link icon.png]] next to the field label. This provides immediate access to documentation on how, ''exactly'', to use a field. This is useful as part of the [[Critical Care and Medicine Database Core Curriculum]], but also to stay up to date, and to make it a little bit more likely that nuanced instructions may be followed.
