View source for Limiting of TISS28 Collection

Overall work load for TISS28 collection was high, so it was decided to limit the number of items collectors collectors would do [[TISS quality checks]].

Quality assurance checking and marking on TISS FORMS by collectors for only these 21 items:

== Implementation ==
There were plans to occasionally do full collection, so the old items were added to [[CCMDB.accdb]] as well when we did [[Change to collect TISS data in CCI Picklist]]. To collect them, they would need their end date removed, and the buttons need to be made visisble in function Hider().
