The Dx Date is coded as part of the [[ICD10 collection]]. It contains the date that an [[Acquired Diagnosis / Complication]] was made. This is a '''mandatory''' field for [[Acquired Diagnosis / Complication]] diagnoses. If a date is not available, [[Dx Date unknown]] must be checked.
