The Dx_Priority is coded as part of the ICD10 collection for admit, acquired and comorbid DX codes. Only one of the Admit Diagnoses with the lowest Dx Priority must have the Dx Primary checkbox checked. The number could be anything, e.g. the lowest might be 0.9. Using decimal numbers can be helpful in re-ranking diagnoses as more information becomes available. The priority is also used to group combined ICD10 codes. == DX Priority for Comorbid DX's== See: Comorbid_Diagnosis#Dx_Priority == Cross Checks == Data Integrity Check List == Related Articles == Related Articles
