* It was noted at a ICU Task Group meeting 2011-12-09 that having only nights staff entering the TISS is a huge problem because the majority of patients are discharged from the unit during the day shift. Also there are short stay patient being admitted for only a period of time during the day can be missed that way. The task team has recommend that all shift participate in completing the TISS form on their shift for the calender date. (Laura K). In October 2012, Trish provided Jodi with stats that showed the % of discharges during days shift, which also represent the high number of TISS dates not done because of the misunderstanding that it is night shift job only.[[User:TOstryzniuk|Trish Ostryzniuk]] 22:01, 2012 November 29 (EST)
