*Regarding "Group Homes" -- these are a mixed bag of chronic care (e.g. development delays) and acute or subacute care (e.g. domestic abuse survivors, pregnant teen mothers).  Thus whether waiting for one of THEM qualifies as [[Awaiting/delayed transfer to long-term care/PCH]] vs. [[Awaiting/delayed transfer to home]] should be determined by the nature of the reason for being in the group home.
