The S_Pathogens table in CFE contains the possible values for the sub-codes for Category:Infection (old) diagnoses encoded in the L_Dxs table table in CCMDB.mdb.
The s_Pathogens table is used by CFE and MCHP Export.accdb to reference old diagnosis data.

Data structure
- pathogenSubCode - long integer - unique ID as used in L_Dxs
- type - short text - anaerobe, bacteria, etc
- pathogen - short text - name of pathogen
- active - boolean
