ccmdb_starter.bat should be called by the CCMDB shortcut on collector laptops. It adds the required keys to the registry to make sure that the regional server and local disk C are trusted and starts CCMDB.accdb with a decompile, which eliminates some problems we have had where the VBA editor comes up.

Legacy
We have and have not used this file at different times, and somewhere in there we stopped setting it up. It will be needed for the Office 2019 update that is going out shortly, so we will start putting it out there again.
