| Fred, from your work in setting up the new TISS28 form, do you think this is necessary as a rule, or is it enough if especially faint forms are "blobbed"? Might be able to save some time here? Ttenbergen 18:21, 2012 November 8 (EST)

| *this is a big workload for collectors because for TISS28 it will be for entire LOS to black blobb every day of TISS. I want them to stop doing it for TISS28, if staff use Dark HB pencil, don't need to reblob ever circle. Reason this was started because scanner was having problem picking up anemic marks.
