B3 is a medicine unit, that accepts patients from all of the internal medicine services A, D and H, both teaching and non-teaching, and nephrology.

June 6, 2025 relocated from GA4 back to GB3
On May 1, 2024 B3 relocated temporarily to HSC A4 while there were renovations on B3.
