We try to connect the data of patients for whom we have [[Multiple Encounter]]s. Sometimes part of the demographic information of these patients changes over time; in some cases we leave the info alone, in others we change it to either the first encounter's value or the most recent encounter's value. Here are links to where we document these processes. We are not including what we actually do on this page so it does not become inconsistent with the actual definitions over time.
