*I found a patient that was flagged red that should not be. The adl's were all unassisted. The admit diagnosis & ccm were not any of the flagged diagnosises. The living arrangment was house. For questions 1-6, only question 2 (falls) was a no. The patient was flagged red. This is very inappropriate.
