*One problem lately has been changes made almost daily. ie. we were told to stop collecting allied health on May 31st and then to restart again. Then we were told to stop June 4th and then the next day to restart again. When instructions are constantly changing it is likely that people will not know what to do anymore. There are probably some data collectors who have stopped having read the instructions a few days ago and missed the update. Please make up your mind before posting instructions.
