*Just so you know, when there is a discrepancy, the information on the laptop trumps the information in the paper log sheets. Also, the medicine log sheets should be updated because we do not use the term "move" anymore and this should be changed to ER wait. I also find that occasionally I need to refer to my old log sheets as Pagasa sometimes asks about patients from way back and sometimes only gives me a serial number.
