**I have never had data disappear but I know that if you inadvertently press 'page down' on your laptop it will look like the data has disappeared but it just moves up and you need to bring it back down again. **My mouse is disconnected and am out of the program but stuff will still be deleted. As far as page down goes, if you exit the patient and go back in, there still is no admitting diagnosis because the program/laptop has deleted it.
