Table that contains the subset of s_alldiagnoses that are Charlson comorbids. Used in Charlson Comorbid coding.

Diff table because it lists como categories instead of dx ones...

data structure

  • charlson_category - Charlson element that the dx corresponds to, e.g. MI
  • Diagnosis_code - CCMDB code corresponding to one used in table S AllDiagnoses and L Dxs
  • allow_admit - can't remember what this is used for right now... Template:Discussion
  • allow_como - can't remember what this is used for right now... Template:Discussion
  • comments - Charlson and testing specific comments

dx on here but not in s_alldiagnoses

Template:Discussion I am cleaning this up to avoid problems and just realized that there are codes that don't have counterparts in s_alldiagnoses... why? All codes ever used should be in s_alldiagnoses, and just be inactive if legacy now! Ttenbergen 10:40, 2014 June 25 (CDT)

    • confirmed that comopoints had been same in both...
