• Renal MD will declare plan for permanent line insertion(vascath is temporary line) and state it as "schedule for tunneled line insertion"-hard to miss-patients are pending this procedure where and when no further improvement or return in renal function is anticipated.--Llemoine 13:44, 2016 April 21 (CDT)
