This template manages information related to Data Integrity Checks.

Notes for what needs to go in here...
Parameters / properties for:
- what is the check (one-liner)
- list of related pages (probably the one it's on, but there might be others...)
- which of the following are checking this: CCMDB, CFE, SAS (new template call for each)
- how to find this in containing program, eg. SAS file, function name, query name...
- implementation date
- is this a "hard check" or a "soft check"
- implementation or analysis status of the check (implemented, needs review, ready to implement, what other options ?)
