*I will use as both when relevant to their admissions...ie-Chronic OMs and wound infections-assaults etc. and in disposition-when wound care/IV antibiotics/ADLs are required and they have no support systems-unable to access Home Care without an address--[[User:Llemoine|Llemoine]] 07:36, 2018 August 9 (CDT)
