{{discussion}} Pneumonia, NOS is also in the "potential infection" category. I can't think of a situation in which pneumonia wouldn't be considered an actual infection. I am worried about forgetting to add the pathogen. I will often code this on my first read of the chart, before a culture has been sent.  Because there is no cross check to remind me, I am worried that I will sometimes forget to go back and add a culture result.[[User:Mlagadi|Mlagadi]] 12:17, 2019 April 24 (CDT)
