- Collectors, when a patient is admitted to your ICU with the primary reason being "cardioversion" for atrial fib do you include them as an ICU admission? These are short stay patients 1-2 hrs that come from ER, home, ward to ICU for cardioversion and get sent back to ER, home or ward.
