In October 2009 STB will be making changes to medicine wards beds.
- B5 will move to E5 - Location label will be changed to STB_E6. The change starts at serial number 6313 onward. The last patient with location STB_B5 is serial 6312.
- B4 will move to B5 sometime mid to late Nov 2009.
- Implications -
- Option 1 retain label for Var 1 & 2 (ward label) and Julie change report output label.
- Option 2 change ward label in S tables for HanDBase & Access, programmer write code to remap all Var 1 & 2 codes in MEDTMX, Julie rewrite SAS codes.
- the "move" data in tmpv2 is also affected. (no moves to E6 to date though, B5 haven't checked). Not sure this is worth recoding? Will email my suggestion before posting more here.TOstryzniuk 19:55, 19 October 2009 (CDT)
