Starting October 2009 STB is making changes to medicine wards beds. Also see: Site and Location
- STB_B5 - location label changed to STB_E6.
- Change date: Oct 14.09 @ 0001 hrs (all patient's admitted to STB_B5 starting October 14.09 @ 0001 hrs will have location, move or var 1 or 2 changed to STB_E6).
- (stop at serial 6310)
- (stop at serial 4597-Deb's PDA every 86-100)
- Change date: Oct 14.09 @ 0001 hrs (all patient's admitted to STB_B5 starting October 14.09 @ 0001 hrs will have location, move or var 1 or 2 changed to STB_E6).
- STB_E6- CTU change date: Oct 14.09 @ 0001 hrs.

- (start at serial 4598 -Deb's every 86-100)
- STB_B4 -Location label will be changed to STB_5B.
- Change Date: mid to late Nov 2009. Deb to let Trish and Julie know when.

- Implications -
- Option 1 retain label for Var 1 & 2 (ward label) and Julie change report output label.
- Option 2 change ward label in S tables for HanDBase & Access, programmer write code to remap all Var 1 & 2 codes in MEDTMX, Julie rewrite SAS codes.
- the "move" data in tmpv2 is also affected.
- MOVE data in TmpV2 as of October 19.09:
- no moves to E6
- B5-total number - 2196 moves recorded as of Oct 19.09
- B4- total number - 401 moves recorded as of Oct 19.09
- Var 1 - total number of codes with B4 in field:
- 59
- Var 1 - total number of codes with B5 in field:
- 520
- Var 1 - total number of codes with E6 in field:
- 8 (Pagasa to recode to EE6)
