WRHA HOB Medicine wards:

	Are the above based on Admit date and time or Dispo date and time? Ttenbergen 16:20, 2022 October 19 (CDT)

As of 2022-10-19 and as discussed with Julie, the only time we use the concept of hobs is in reporting Transfer Delay.

	Discussed with Julie 15:49, 2022 October 19 (CDT): so much easier to do this with a simple explicit match than to do it through data that we will do it htis way.
