*What I have been doing is after 5 days if cultures don't come back then I put unknown. Also some cultures are sent to Cadham lab and they often are not back when the patient is discharged.[[User:GHall|GHall]] 12:38, 1 December 2010 (CST)

  1. Are all sites following up with the final pathogen or report and sending in to Pagasa?
  2. What is the time limit for this…do we stop looking in med records after X number of weeks if unable to get the results or keeping revisiting the chart?
