X* indicates outside of city, Y* indicates outside of province.

Please use the hospital previous codes as provided on the PDA and in Access. There are codes for all Manitoba hospitals. If one appears to be missing, contact [[Trish Ostryzniuk]] to find out if a different one should be used or if a new one needs to be added to the list. In addition to the Manitoba hospital codes there are ~~province/other~~ codes for ~~out~~ of province ~~patients~~.
