**as mentioned in VAR 1 - refers to page 69 (wards we collect on)as an example to follow. STB B5 not 5B is how we want the ward listed. Since we migrated to the PDA and have drop down list of wards, this reference in guide is not needed. Removed. Need a LINK to the s_varoptions table as a reference now.
