Postal code collection: Difference between revisions

** I am not sure that is such a good idea. The only reason I can see why this would be relevant is if patients routinely had the "not available" box checked and then later a postal code entered. *** I find if patients are in medical records and havent been looked at on the wards We just have their addressographs no postal code to enter so when we try to send our completes our pre send checker sends us numerous reminders that we havent entered those pts who are in medical records . So then we have to check mark them as no postal code (the pts in medical records or on the ward if you havent done their chart yet) and leave a note in the box to get a postal code and uncheck the box when done. So I can understand why Con would like it that way.
