*RE: POST OP and NON POST OP Craniotomy:  I don’t understand how adding “craniotomy” would make anything clearer there. I mean, post-op nicely tells you “and no related OP”, so why specify? The way it looks now almost makes it look like the pt _did_ have a  craniotomy even though it says non-post-op.

* I agree, take out the word "craniotomy" none of the other trauma codes indicate the type of surgery, they just say post-op or non post-op.  This is less confusing. --[[User:LKolesar|LKolesar]] 10:40, 2012 July 27 (CDT)
