STB has the ICU (TMSX) database program.  Trish keeps them patched in with the latest programs and data files. *STB uses the ICU (TMSX) database program.  Trish keeps database administration office and STB patched in with the latest programs and tables.
*Pagasa updates database administration office with the latest data files daily from her Master database.  
*STB only gets STB relatd data files updated when requested.
*ICU Programs (GRA, OAK, VIC, CON), no longer use the database program at their site therefore updates are not done.
