The use of this sub-diagnosis was discussed at the Task meeting December 5,2012.It was decided that even though this category is used for bleeding problems, we will also use 136-90 for severe shock related to non hemorrhagic hypovolemia.Thanks again to everyone who participated in answering the question I had previously posted on wiki.````
