#Computer/laptop/IMPACS issues: Collector voiced many concerns about lost productivity due to the numerous computer problems each day.  Computer crashing, freezing, rebooting, slow new and back up, security and update issues, Access issues, presend checker issue (slow or freezing HSC).  Tina confirmed that problems have be ocurring all at once for a number of months.  There have been numerous dicussion with eHealth.  Dr. Roberts aware.
