But batch #28 which was sent on July 3rd were only marked as complete, even though I changed them to complete on the main database page I was unable to delete them. I contacted Trish and she walked me though how to change the [[Record Status field]] through from COMPLETE to SENT. My computer/ c-drive/ccmdb_data/ L_log screen and then I was able to delete that batch. | ||
