The WBC field is used to collect a patient's White Blood Count level for an APACHE II score. Refer to here for info on which value to use and how and when to collect this.

Data Integrity Rules

The WBC must be >=0.02 or <= 517. The synching to the CCMDB.mdb will fail if it is outside of that range.
