*** Are you saying we should guess when the transfer ready /pt deemed medically stable is when the physician are not using the stamp and are being non compliant by not documenting in the progress notes or order sheets? I thought we were not to guess.So do we go back to using the discharge home order?if nothing is charted?and  if there is no discharge home order  then enter in TMP no transfer ready date?
