You will no longer have to put your name of Wiki article if your are attending a meeting or not. Instead, an invite to a Collection Team meetings will be send out using Outlook Calendar Appointments. Collectors will all have to start using their Outlook Calendars. When you get an invite to a meeting, you will have to either ACCEPT or DECLINE. If you decline, you will have to add reason why unable to attend. Those email will come back to either me or Pagasa, depending who sends out the meeting appointment. We will then have a list of who will be attending or not. Once you accept meeting, you will have a reminder in your Outlook calendar "2 days" BEFORE the meeting date.
