*In order for someone who is list on WIKI as a member to send or receive emails from the WIKI, the user must set their "preference" to enable this.

Your WIKI preference is not set to allow this. You will need to set your preference so that you can receive emails from the WIKI. GO here for instruction: [[My Preferences in the wiki]].
