The book of data collection guidelines did have the instruction to choose the worst PH independent of the ABG selected for worst O2 (page 88 from Feb 11, 2004)) unless I misinterpreted it. If there is no information on the WIKI or a discrepancy between paper guide and WIKI, let me know and we can continue to work on it.
