This is a forum for general questions. If you have a question, write it in an article and add it to this category by adding

to the end of the article.

Also, adding the

template to any article will put it into the questions category.

To be added

• more details on adding a question
• a protocol for notification, review, and moving out of the questions category
• ACS should be added to the code book because it encompasses everything from USA to MI. It is used often in the notes by Doctors. Disussion is requested by the collectors --JHutton 10:16, 11 June 2008 (CDT)
