S charlson dxs table

Table that contains the subset of s_alldiagnoses that are Charlson comorbids. Used in Charlson Comorbid coding.

data structure

• charlson_category - Charlson element that the dx corresponds to, e.g. MI
• Diagnosis_code - CCMDB code corresponding to one used in table s_Alldiagnoses and L_DXs

dx on here but not in s_alldiagnoses

Template:Discussion I am cleaning this up to avoid problems and just realized that there are codes that don't have counterparts in s_alldiagnoses... why? All codes ever used should be in s_alldiagnoses, and just be inactive if legacy now! Ttenbergen 10:40, 2014 June 25 (CDT)

2014-06-24 - Removing columns MainDiagnosis, SubDiagnosis, ComoPoints from this table. Had them in there for convenience when reviewing the table, but it is duplication that may cause confusion, so eliminating it. Ttenbergen 10:25, 2014 June 25 (CDT)

I can't think of a reason for the moment why this is even a different table from s_alldiagnoses, really it should just be the subset of that table that has a charlson score... not sure what's up with this...
