2025-03 COGNOS crash

A problem with the COGNOS infrastructure led to a crash resulting in us no longer receiving the automated Cognos EPR Report.

  • 2025-03-14 - LK had a look at the Cognos listing and it appears to be fine now from manual extract and import; still waiting for resolution to automatic extract email
  • 2025-03-14 - received a manual export from DSS; Pagasa tried to import but there likely was unrelated corruption in ccmdb.accdb that prevented that. Tina was able to import Cognos OK.
  • 2025-03-11 - Cognos went down, they brought it back up, but the part that sends out our report remains broken (as per 2025-02-13 email from LK)
