Distribution of Annual and Quarterly Reports
This article describes how the Annual report and Quarterly report are distributed.
Operational requirement are to have these reports out within four weeks after the end of the annual or quarter period.
Managers and Directors in the Critical Care and Medicine Program receive the following reports:
- Electronic - Annual & Quarterly - own site report
- a.Electronic - Annual & Quarterly - all sites report
- b.Hard Copy (printed)- Annual & Quarterly - all sites report. ICU 2- copies: p:Dr. Dan Roberts
- Electronic - Director's Chart Report (MICU/SICU's only) - all sites report
ICU reports
HSC, STB, GRA, OAK and CON ICU's:
- PDF reports are placed on a file share by Database Statistician.
- The file share and it's permissions are managed by ICU Admin Assistant, Christopher Roque.
Internal Medicine, ACCU and CICU Reports
PDF reports are placed in Public Folder in Outlook called Critical Care and Medicine Database. This is done by the Data Processor
- The list those approved to access this folder is managed by theData Processor
The report mailing list are in the global address book in Outlook. This is managed by the Data Processor.

Prior to sending out any quarterly or annual reports, Pagasa Torres contacts key administrative staff to check if there are any of manager or directors at any of the sites in the Region.
- Most Reports are emailed out by Pagasa Torres under the direction of the Database Program Statistician Julie Mojica.

- Regional ICU Directors p:Dr. Bojan Paunovic, p:Jodi Walker Tweed make the decision who receives ICU reports.
- Regional Medicine Program Director, p:Dr. Dan Roberts make the decision who receives Medicine reports.
