Only track whole body cooling or warming done for post-Cardiac arrest.

If a patient receives post-arrest cooling or warming (targeted temperature management, TTM), code it. It doesn't matter for how long the cooling was applied or whether the Cardiac Arrest Cooling Protocol was followed. Hypothermia is not always needed. The idea is to keep the patient's temperature from going high. Usual maintenance temp is 36 degrees.

Allan confirmed that Bojan doesn't require special treatment for this one, so once we fully move to CCI only collection we will be able to stop collecting the BRR entry and its cross check altogether.
