Changing settings in MS Access after first open
eHealth has us in a policy that should prevent the following. If anyone gets this error please let me know so we can fix the underlying problem instead of repeated manual fixes.

A yellow bar at the top of the screen that says

Steps to prevent this from coming up
- click on file (top left corner), options
- If this error is preventing you from accessing the options menu, close the program. Open Access from the start menu, and instead of opening the database, open a new blank database. You should then be able to access file and options.
- click on trust center (bottom of left panel)
- click Trust center Settings button (bottom right)
- click Trusted locations
- make sure checkbox for Allow trusted locations on my network is checked (in the bottom of window)
- make sure the following lines exist:
- "\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\REGION\Shared\ICU_DATA_COLLECTION\", and subfolders box is checked.
- "C:\" and subfolders box is checked.
- if using (e.g. White Board) , "\\ad.wrha.mb.ca\wrha\HSC\shared\MED\MED_CCMED\" , and subfolders box is checked S:\MED\MED_CCMED
- add new location if needed:
- click on Add New Location
- copy/paste the location from above
- make sure you check off checkbox "subfolders of this location are also trusted"
