Created Variables in TMSX or Med TMS

The following variables are created in the Master Database of Critical Care (TMSX) and/or Medicine Database (MedTMS) and are used in the reports

• Age in years
• Length of Stay in days
• Transfer Delay in days
• Total APACHE SCORE
• Mean Blood Pressure
• Glasgow Coma Scale
• Acute Physiological points
• Age points
• Chronic Health points
• TISS Total Scores Day1 to Day10 - this has to be revised depending on TISS76 and TISS28.
• Total ADL Score based on points 1,3,6 - this has to be changed by points 0,3,6
• SAPS - collection of some SAPS elements were discontinued in 2006

  • LOGIT value based on the SAPS model
  • Predicted Probability
