TISS MDB Crash

When you press the run report button in TISS28.mdb and notice that the process takes longer than 5 mins to run, follow these steps:

1. exit out TISS28.mdb
2. Go to X: TISS28
3. check if there is a locked TISS28.ldb (crashed)
   • open TISS28.mdb (using password) then close out of it. (This will do a compact and repair)
4. ALSO check if there is a TISS28.Data.ldb which is locked (crashed)
   • open TISS28.Data.mdb (using password) then close out of it.
5. above steps should remove the locked files.
