Should we collect this?

Template:Discuss@task We are currently discussing if and how we would collect this.

Template:Discussion

  • I can’t see how we would possibly not want to track this, since it’s in the same category as comfort care. Question will more likely be what exactly we would collect: enrollment with MAID, or execution of the MAID plan. An enrollment might mean no action for months after, but it would still “set a tone” in that someone enrolled may not be as likely to want CPR. Ttenbergen 16:30, 2017 July 19 (CDT)

Julie was also looking into changing how we code other Category:End-of-life related data.

  • Discussed at Task; we will add a procedure code for executing a MAID plan, but we will not start coding the condition of having a MAID plan. Ttenbergen 11:21, 2017 July 20 (CDT)sorry I dont understand the 2nd part of this sentence.?Please clarify thanks shirley
