Artificial Cooling

Discussed in Nov 21 ICU team meeting:

If a patient is actively cooled for therapeutic reasons, use the most recent one prior tocooling.

• cardiac arrest may having the cooling protocol applied. See BRR for more information. to 32°C to 34°C for 12 to 24 hours.

If a patient is arriving from the OR cold, use the actual worst temperature since this low temp could also be a negative result of "having been open" for a long time.
