"Previous entry" button

The Template:PAGNAME on the Main Form (CCMDB.accdb) shows some of the data of patients that were logically deleted using the "Delete Sent Patients" button (i.e. it shows records with Record field = "Deleted".

This might be useful for collectors to confirm if they had already entered and deleted a patient. This had been identified as one reason collectors still keep up the Data collection log form.
